BUG: Access is denied error when using containerless mode under NT

Problem Description

A bug in version 2.1 of AspEncrypt causes the line of code

Set Context = CM.OpenContext("", True)

to generate the following error when using the containerless mode under Windows NT/IIS4:

Persits.CryptoManager.1 error '800a0012'
Access is denied.
