BUG: Font filename could not be obtained error on Windows 2003

Problem Description

When using AspPDF (versions 1.0.0.0 and 1.0.0.1) on Windows 2003, the line of code

Set Font = Doc.Fonts("Arial")

generates the following error:

Persits.PdfManager.1 error '800a0018'

Font filename could not be obtained. Try adjusting permissions on the registry key HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Fonts using regedt32. The error was: The system cannot find the file specified .

Solution

This error is caused by a bug in AspPDF. The bug was fixed by Service Release 1.0.0.2. Download the latest version of AspPDF here.
